It is well known that Government of India previously banned PUBG Mobile in India along with 118 other applications under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act. Indian Government took action in September 2020 stating that this application is engaged in activities that are prejudicial to Indian Defense and security as well as citizens privacy. It was also stated that the Game does not care about its users and doesn't warn users about the demerits of long screen time and is also very addictive. India is one of more than 10 countries where this Battle Royale game is banned.

BGMI- Battlegrounds Mobile India is not yet released in India however, it'll soon be released and it is expected to break al the previous records of most downloaded game in India. 


China was the first country to ban the game and it was later released in the country with the name "Game For Peace". This game has several differences from the global version of the game like-
♦ There is a green damage effect.
♦ Player emotes as goodbye after being killed.
♦ The game only has First Person Perspective.

Pakistan also banned the game stating that this game can makes children aggressive in real life as well and is very addictive hence, dangerous to health. The game was later unbanned because of several petition were filed in the Islamabad High Court.

Nepal also banned Pubg Mobile because of its addictiveness and health demerits to its users. However, government had to lift the ban after several petitions filed in the Nepal Supreme Court.

There are more countries where this game is banned including- Afghanistan, Korea, Jordan, Israel, and Iraq etc.

The South Korean company, Krafton is the owner of the BGMI Game. Battlegrounds Mobile India is basically a Battle Royale Game where 100 players are dropped from airplane on a abandoned area. They search for weapons and health kits there and fight with each other. The last person alive is the winner of the game and is promoted to a higher tier.

There are different modes of the game including Classic match, Team Deathmatch, Town Domination Quick match, War and Sniper training. You can also go to Training Grounds to train yourself and enhance your fighting skills in the game as well as hand-eye coordination for better results in the classic match.
